      Issue Summary

      Looping CAPTCHA on public signup via customer portal

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Setup public signup for JSM following Enabling public signup and CAPTCHA to the letter.

      2. Go to http://<jira_base_url>/servicedesk/customer/user/signup and signup

      Expected Results

      Customers should be able to sign up successfully with the correct CAPTCHA entered.

      Actual Results

      Customers receive repeated CAPTCHA loop prompts on sign up. No error was observed in the logs. HTTP status code 400 received in the HAR file.

      Workaround

      1. Go to Administration (  ) > Applications
      2. Go to Configuration under JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT section
      3. Choose No, customers can just sign up under Public signup section
