Default workflow options for Customer Portal in Service Desk

      Currently, by default Customer Portal in Service Desk has these 2 default workflow options:

      • Add a comment
      • Add attachment

      Would like to have the option to have the following workflow options to be default, instead of having to customize it ourselves:

      • Resolve this issue
      • Freeze this issue
      • Escalate this issue
