Description

The Create Issue button in JIRA doesn't obey to the Look and Feel color scheme defined when the JIRA Service Desk plugin is enabled.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Modify the Button Background Color color in the Look and Feel.
- Install and Enable the JIRA Service Desk.
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
Expected Behavior:
JIRA would display the Create Issue button in the color defined in the Look and Feel.
Actual Behavior:
This is displayed in the default blue.
