Currently in Service Desk Mail Handler, there's no option to set CC'ed users as a watcher and to allow them to get notification when an issue created via email.
The built-in JIRA "Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue" mail handler contains the CC Watchers option which enable CC'ed users to become a watcher.
It would be great to have this feature on Service Desk Mail Handler.
