As an agent, I would like to perform actions on issues from the queues screen instead of having to navigate to issues in order to perform an action. Actions I may want to perform include commenting, editing, assigning, and transitioning issues.
Similar functionality is seen in JIRA Agile Plan view when right clicking on issues. Issue navigator also has similar functionality when in list view.
