Ability to customize the columns order under "Requests" in the JSM portal

      Issue Summary

      Customizing the columns order under "Requests" in the JSM portal, doesn't work and it'll follow the order of the customize requests list, ignoring the order that was specified.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access your Requests page 'https://<your instance>/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?page=1'
      2. Click on the Manage columns
      3. Order the columns by drag and drop
      4. Save the configuration
      5. Refresh the page

      Suggestion

      Allow the ability to reorder the columns after saving manage columns configuration.
