Issue Summary
Trying to order the columns under "Requests" in the JSM portal, by clicking Manage columns, doesn't work and it'll follow the order of the customize requests list, ignoring the order that was specified.
Steps to Reproduce
- Access your Requests page 'https://<your instance>/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?page=1'
- Click on the Manage columns
- Order the columns by drag and drop
- Save the configuration
- Refresh the page
Expected Results
After ordering the columns and clicking Done (or Save changes on the customize requests list), the order should be the one you specified.
Actual Results
After saving the configuration it reverts back to the other of the fields at the customize requests list.
