      Issue Summary

When using the "m" shortcut, the comment focus starts properly on internal note, but then shifts to "Reply to customer" when the user types or pastes information

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a JSM ticket
      2. Press letter 'M'
      3. The comment section will expand and your comment will be set as an internal comment
      4. Start typing the comment

      Expected Results

As per this ticket implementation JSDCLOUD-1733 the default behavior should be to add an internal comment.

      Actual Results

When you start typing that flips the comment tab to a public one and users might expose internal data if they don't pay attention to that.

      Workaround

Users that are familiar with this feature might disable their shortcuts to avoid any confusions and sharing undesired information:

      1. The Help    menu (in the top right of the navigation) and clicking 'Keyboard shortcuts'
      2. Or by using the existing shortcut to bring up the keyboard shortcuts dialog (Shift + ?). Note: If you disable the shortcuts, you won't be able to reopen the dialog via Shift + ?

      Notes
