Once I discovered Jira's existing shortcuts it has drastically increased productivity with my and my advanced users. I'm also glad that the keyboard shortcut of 'm' now defaults to an internal comment per JSDCLOUD-1733.
However, there is no keyboard shortcut for responding to a customer. Please add this to the list of shortcuts.
