Issue Summary

WYSIWYG editor for default description in request type configuration(Next-Gen) does not work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access a Next-Gen JSM project settings > Request types
2. Expand the description field
3. Under Default description (optional) add a custom text. Eg. Like a header or a "Bold" text.

Expected Results

1. Values are rendered in the portal using the style defined
   

Actual Results

While accessing the request in the portal the wiki markup is displayed.

Workaround

Use plain text instead
