Current Behaviour in New Issue View:

• Attachments are added in the description/comments/forms when dragged and dropped into an issue.
• To delete attachments, one has to edit the description or comment or form with which the attachment is added and remove it from there. This fires an 'edit comment' notification which is not necessary.

Suggestion:

The Attachments should be attached to the Attachments field without creating a new comment, like in the old issue view (or like in Jira Software projects with the new issue view), from where one can easily delete the attachment as needed.
