Add the ability to display custom fields and other system field to the request page

      Problem Definition

      In the Customer Portal, the Requests page allows admins to determine the fields to be displayed, however, there are no options to display custom fields and other system field , for example "Component" field.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the ability to display the custom fields available in the project.
