Problem Definition:
Even if there are more than 25 Request Types in multiple projects for a customer, he will be able to see not more than 24 Request Types in the filter as shown below:

How to reproduce:

• Give access to the customer of more than 3 projects.
• Make sure that all the projects have more than 10 Request Types.
• Now, go to the Help Centre as a customer and select Requests -> Created by me
• In the last filter of Request Type, maximum 23 to 24 Request Types will be shown in the drop-down.

Suggested Idea:

It would be great to have the ability to see all the Request Types of the projects that the customer has access to.
