Summary

Attachment panel in new issue view only shows the attachments added from Jira application or added during request creation from the portal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try the tests mentioned under Actual results and see the results

Expected Results

Can see all the attachments from Jira in the Attachment panel in both the new issue view as well as old issue view

Actual Results

As an agent raise a request on behalf of the customer from the portal and attach files
As a customer raise a request from the portal and attach files
On a request raised from the portal, as a customer add another attachment with a comment from customer portal
On a request raised from the portal, as an agent add another attachment with a comment from customer portal
On a request raised from the portal, as an agent add another attachment with a comment from Jira application

Workaround

1. Use the old issue view to view all the attachments in one place and download them
2. Or Use direct links:
   • Download All

     To get issue ID in the new view:

• Click the ... button on the top right side
• Hover the mouse onto Clone or Delete
• See issue ID from browser's status bar

New issue view: View your attachments the way you want
View all your attachments (including those from fields, comments, and work log entries) in either a strip or list, or switch between the two. It’s up to you.
