Emoticons are not rendering in Customer portal for Jira service desk

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add emoticons in the JSD ticket.
2. Try the portal view and emoticons shows in text and doesn't render.

Expected Results

Emoticons should be rendering in the portal view as well.

Actual Results

Emoticon's doesn't load.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
