Problem Definition
Currently, when you create a SAML integration and configure it to be used by the Portal-only users too (migrating their portal accounts to an Atlassian Account with no application access) when the user enters his/her email address, a button appears to redirect them to the Identity Provider to be authenticated.

It is an additional (an unnecessary) step until the user is able to access the product.

Suggested Solutions
Create a feature to automatically redirect the SAML users to the Identity Provider side after the email information is fulfilled as it happens at https://id.atlassian.com.
