Problem Definition
Currently, when SSO is enabled for the Atlassian Accounts, the user still needs to key in their email in customer portal Logic(https://sitename.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals), and then it will redirected to the SSO provider.
Suggested Solution
It will be best if there's an option to go automatically to the login from the configured SSO provider.
Why this is important
It prevents the end user from keying in their email two times to log in to the customer portal.
