Issue Summary

Projects in the help center are not shown in alphabetic order

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to an instance that does not have a next-gen service desk enabled
2. Create a service desk project named XYZ
3. Create a service desk project named ABC
4. Navigate to the help center

Expected Results

The projects are shown in the order as ABC -> XYZ

Actual Results

The projects are shown in the order as XYZ -> ABC

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
