Description
Issue Summary
In the Next-Gen Service Desk project when there is a rule configured in a transition to add a label to the label field. It is not appending those labels, rather it is clearing the labels field and adding the label mention in the rule.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Next-Gen Service desk project.
- Open a Request Type and edit workflow.
- Add a rule to a transition to add labels to the label field. Ex. Label A
- Configure the above for the next transition. Ex Label B
- Now create a ticket and do a transition for that ticket, you will notice Label A being added to the label field.
- Now do the second transition, you will notice that Label A is removed and Label B is added to the label field
Expected Results
Labels should be appended when new labels are being added from a rule in a transition
Actual Results
Labels are getting replaced
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
