Bulk add existing customers to organizations

      We’ve just released a feature to address a large root cause (assigning customers to orgs automatically).

      Admins are able to export customer lists and manually add customers to organizations via an API.

      We allow for adding 50 users at a time within the UI to minimise spam. There is potential to improve this UI to accomodate for more users/bulk.

      Problem Definition

      As an Admin, I like the new Organization feature in JIRA Service Desk. However, I have thousands of customers who already exist. Adding them one by one to Organizations is time-consuming.

      Suggested Solution

      Give Admins the ability to add customers to Organizations in bulk.

      Workaround

      Create a .csv of users by exporting all customers from the User Management, then copy/paste emails from that into the Add to Organization field or use this API endpoint to add customers into organizations.
