Remove the 'Edit file' button from files attachment thumbnails in KB articles

      Issue Summary

      Files attached to Confluence articles, such as PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, Word show an 'Edit file' button in the thumbnail. Clicking on this button downloads the file.

      This can get a little confusing in JSD Knowledge Base as service desk customers don't have permission to edit any files.

       

      Suggested solution

      Remove this button, allowing service desk customers only to preview or download files from KB articles.
