Problem Definition
Customer notifications do not include agent's avatar when the agent updates/edits the request.
Suggested Solution
It would be great if the email notifications that customers receive contained the Agent's Jira avatar somewhere in the message itself. This can produce a misalignment since Jira Core notifications do this.
Why this is important
Helps to establish a closer understanding between customers and Agents that these are real people working behind these issues/requests.
