Transition options will show behind the sidebar if you change the issue status from the queue/linked issues

Issue Summary

If you try to change the status from the queue/linked issues, the transition options will show behind the left sidebar. This happens in the new navigation (horizontal) and in the old one (vertical).

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a service desk project create an issue;
2. From the queue, try to change the issue status;

Also, the issue occurs when trying to change the status of a linked issue from the issue view. Below are the steps to reproduce the same. 

1.  Link an issue to an existing issue.
2. Try to change the status of the linked issue.

Tested in Chrome and Safari.

Expected Results

The transition options will show below the status, as supposed to.

Actual Results

The transition options are showing behind the left sidebar.

• Contact the support mentioning this issue here.
• Transition the issue status from the issue view.
