Status field dropdown is not in the right position.

Issue Summary

Status field dropdown is not in the right position.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to an issue/epic with child issues/subtasks
2. Click on the status to open the transition dropdown
3. The dropdown has moved to the top left corner.
4. As a workaround, you can make the transition in the dropdown in that position.
   But will need to refresh the page to get the dropdown working again.

Expected Results

The dropdown should appear below the button and should work everytime.

Actual Results

The dropdown appears at the top left corner. Doesn't work on the second try.

Workaround

The dropdown options are still usable even if position has changed after a refresh
