Problem
When the customer changes their email domains, Jira will recognize those as new accounts and will create new customer accounts. The replies to issues will also create new cases and not be posted as comments to the original issue.
Suggested resolution
Ability to associate aliases to the customer accounts, so comments are posted to the original issue when it is sent by the new email.
