Grey out "Send" button on the portal when there are empty required fields

Problem statement

When fields are set as required in the request form, the "Send" button is clickable when the required fields are not filled in. The user has to click on the send button first for the error to appear that required fields are unfilled.

Proposed Solution

The "Send" button should be greyed out until all required fields are filled.
