Provide the ability to configure 2FA for portal customers

      Problem Definition  

      The portal only customers are only provided with basic authentication. However, as the ticket could contain sensitive information it is important for the user to secure their account and 2FA is important functionality to achieve this. 

      Suggested Solution

      Provide portal only customers the ability to set-up 2FA for their accounts. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
