      Summary

      When we attach a video file within a Confluence page that is part of a knowledge base space linked to a service desk project, besides the article is shown in the old editor view, the video is shown as a link that, when clicked, opens a new browser tab, reproducing the video.

      Suggestion

      Turn the attached video previewed within the article (from the customer portal), in a manner that it gets reproduced within the page, as it is in Confluence (not opening a new tab to get the video).
