Description
Issue Summary
Knowledge Base spaces that contain pages in the new editing experience are not actually loading in the new editing experience from JIRA - they load in the old editor viewing.
Environment
- Cloud
- New Editing Experience
Steps to Reproduce
- Link a space as a knowledge base on a JIRA Service Desk project (if you are not aware of how to get it done, this article will help you
- On this knowledge base space, create a new page using the New Editing Experience;
- Add an Info Panel into this page (Info Panel is very different in the new editor - better different);
- After publishing the page, access it from JIRA.
Expected Results
The page is rendered fine, and the layout is the new editor.
Actual Results
The page is actually loaded in the old editor on JIRA.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
