Ability to Control Collapsed Comment Limit in Service Desk Portal

      Problem Definition

      Currently in the Service Desk portal is based on a set of rules. If there are more than 5 comments, it will activate the collapsing comment feature. If there are a total of 6 comments, it will bundle the 3 comments under "Show 3 more" and show the latest 3 comments.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be helpful for the Service Desk administrators to be able to control the limit of how many comments are required to activate the collapsed functionality or have a toggle that allows them to turn the collapsed comment feature on and off. 

      This way the Service Desk administrator can adjust it based on the convenience of the Service Desk customer and their portal experience with the service given.
