Problem
With the recent change regarding the comments view on the Portal now when activity items are hidden, users can click a "Show X more" button, where X = 5, or the number of items yet to be shown if there are less than 5 to reveal.
This causes customers with long requests, let's say with 50 comments +, to have to click multiple times in order to review the full content of the ticket.
Suggested resolution
It would be great to have the ability to display all comments or to turn on/off the Show/Hide functionality.
