Description
Issue Summary
The Customer notifications in the French language pack in Jira Service desk cloud adds some special characters into the email templates.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Project settings > Language support and add the French language.
- Check the customer notification templates for the below.
- Customer-visible status changed
- Approval required
- Organization added
- Participant added
- Request resolved
- Public comment edited
- Public comment added
Expected Results
The templates provide the required text for the email templates.
Actual Results
Below is an example of the text for the Customer-visible status changed event.
Workaround
The users can modify the email templates as required from the project settings.
