Customer notification in French language pack has special characters

      Issue Summary

      The Customer notifications in the French language pack in Jira Service desk cloud adds some special characters into the email templates. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Project settings > Language support and add the French language.
      2. Check the customer notification templates for the below.
        1. Customer-visible status changed
        2. Approval required
        3. Organization added
        4. Participant added
        5. Request resolved
        6. Public comment edited
        7. Public comment added

      Expected Results

      The templates provide the required text for the email templates.

      Actual Results

      Below is an example of the text for the Customer-visible status changed event.

      Workaround

      The users can modify the email templates as required from the project settings.
