Issue Summary
Agents creating tickets on behalf of other Atlassian Accounts on the Portal can't share the ticket with an Organization that the Aa is a member of.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a user who is not a portal user (e.g. an Agent, linked to an Atlassian account) to an Organization
- Go to the portal
- Create a ticket on behalf of that Aa
Expected Results
The "Share with" field should appear, defaulting to the Organization that the Aa was added to.
Actual Results
- The "Share with" fields does not appear
Notes
If the Aa user is logged in at the portal (instead of an agent creating the ticket on behalf of the user), the Share With field will appear properly
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
