Issue Summary
When raising a request from the portal as an agent, it is possible to "Raise this request on behalf of" another customer or user. If that user is added to an organization, the agent is able to choose if the issue will be shared with the organization using the "Share With" button or not, but when the chosen user is an Atlassian Account, the "Share With" button will disappear from the page. The same doesn't happen when the account is a portal-only.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an organization;
- Add two accounts to it, a portal-only account and an Atlassian account;
- Access the portal as an agent and alternate the "Raise this request on behalf of" between both accounts.
Expected Results
Since both accounts are added to the organization, the "Share With" button should appear selecting both accounts.
Actual Results
Selecting the portal-only account will show the "Share With" button while selecting the Atlassian Account won't.
Workaround
Raise the issue without the organization and from inside Jira (agent view), add the organization.
