New issue view "raised this request via" sentence is misleading

      Problem description
      At this time on the new issue view when a user raises a requests it shows a message saying:

      "John Doe" raised this request via "Request Channel"

      If we change the reporter of the ticket it says that the new user has raised the request.

      Suggestion:

      • Start using the creator field's value
      • Rephrase the sentence
