Increase the number of suggested articles

      Description

      Currently when raising a new ticket on Jira Service Desk customer portal users can type keywords on the issue's summary and Jira will suggest 3 articles based on these keywords.

      This is also valid for searching articles within the "knowledge base" section of the Jira Service Desk Project - only displaying 3 suggested articles

      Desired Results

      Admins should be able to choose how many suggested articles would be displayed for their customers when typing the issue's summary, as well as how many results return from when searching from within the project itself.
