Ability to create sub-tasks/child issues on team-managed projects

      Problem

      The ability to create sub-tasks were added to the new issue view for Jira Service Desk, but this is not true for SD next-gen.

      Suggestion

      Add the ability to create sub-tasks the same as any other project.
