Project still appears in the portal even if all request types are hidden or deleted.
This option is important in case the administrator wants customers to use only the email channel since currently, we can't disable the customer portal.
- Go to a Service Desk project.
- Click on Request types.
- If it's a next-gen project, delete the request types.
- If it's a classic, you can remove the request types from the groups.
It will show "You don't have access to any portals"
The project is still visible on the portal for the customer to click on it.
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
