      Problem Definition

      As the admin, we wish to have the ability to bulk updating the status of a customer account (portal only account)

      Suggested Solution

      • Provide the ability to bulk activate/deactivate the portal only accounts on User Management
      • Provide the REST API to activate/deactivate the customer accounts as per JSDCLOUD-8533

      Why this is important

      • In some scenarios, the client no longer eligible to raise a support ticket or access the company's portal. Thus, we would like to deactivate all the accounts from the client.
      • When they got the eligibility, we would need to bulk activating their accounts again.
