Ability to change the issue type/request type for email channel when using team-managed projects

    Description

      On company-managed projects, we can use any request type for email channel, it's necessary only to let summary and description as required as we already know and it's also possible to use different request types for each email address if we add a custom one.

      When we create a team-managed project, it has a default request type that we can't change it. Also if we add a custom email address, we can't associate with a different one.

      It would be great if we could change the request type, because the same as company-managed ones, sometimes we need simple requests to be created by email and also the portal.
