Description
Problem Definition
In the Service Desk queue section, users have the ability to inline edit the "Assignee" field and "Status" field only. This is very helpful to make quick decisions and saved the users a few steps.
Suggested Idea
It would be great if more fields can be edited in the queue page. I would like to request to add the ability to inline edit more fields such as custom fields, "reporter" value and label values.
