      Problem Definition

      In the Service Desk queue section, users have the ability to inline edit the "Assignee" field and "Status" field only. This is very helpful to make quick decisions and saved the users a few steps.

      Suggested Idea

      It would be great if more fields can be edited in the queue page. I would like to request to add the ability to inline edit more fields such as custom fields, "reporter" value and label values.

            We recently had a demonstration of salesforce and unfortunately, we may have to go that direction because of topics like this.

            This feature addition would be greatly appreciated--it is at the top of my wish list, along with the ability for AI to intuitively search the "Summary" field, ignoring case sensitivity or syntax errors.

            It would also be very valuable to edit the summary text inline from queue since I need to fix these to be a certain format sometimes, it would save time from having to go into each ticket one by one. all in all the inline edits would save me hours a week.

Allowing editing inline will save us several minutes per day per user. This adds hours per week of time saved for our Team..."

            It would absolutely be a time save to have the functionality.  Please continue to look into adding the feature.  Thank you!

            +1000 would love to be able to inline edit due date and other custom fields that I pulled into the queue columns. We have so many tickets that require bulk editing and having to go in one by one is really inefficient. this feature would be so valuable!

            This would speed things along nicely compared to the extra click, wait, change, click that we deal with now to make a few updates across multiple tickets.
