Possibility to make Customer Request type required when moving/creating a ticket

      Problem

      Currently, Customer Request type field is locked in Jira and cannot be used as mandatory when moving/creating a ticket or other issue actions.

      Suggested resolution

      It would be useful if we could have the functionality to make Customer Request type field required when moving/creating the tickets.
