Summary
Through Project > Notifications, it's possible to set a custom email address, but that only modifies the from-address. Also, through Project Settings > Email Request, it's possible to select a reply-to email address, but this DOES NOT APPLY for issues created through email.
The reply-to mail address is still the standard cloud collector email address although the expectation is that it mimics the from-address as set specifically.
It would be great to have the possibility to select a different email address (or even hide) the email address that is used in JSM mail handler from reply-to in ALL JSM issue notifications.
