    Description

We need to have a flexibility for configuring 'Reply-to' for Jira Service Desk notifications.

      How it works now:

JSD sets "Reply-to" as per configuration in "Email requests' of JSD project.
JSD sets "From" as per configuration of Notification scheme email.

There could be situations where customer doesn't want to configure custom email for 'Email requests' (for example, security concern), however would still like to change "Reply-to" email for the project's notifications.

      Suggestion:

Have option to change "Reply-to" email to match Notification scheme email ("From" email). In this case we make sure that we use verified domain of the instance.

      Feedback from customer:

I do think it should be more restrictive - I was literally talking about radio-buttons with either 1 option (when there is no inbound channel, matching the From address) or 2 options (when there is an inbound channel AND From address).

I guess to be backward compatible in the 2 option case the default value is to take the inbound channel address.

I was also implying NOT storing the actual email address value, but rather storing the strategy to be used to get the value at the time of sending. In this case the fact that domain is verified - is already taken care of (by the logic that allows or disallows you to set the custom From address)
