Automatically add Customers to Service Desk Customers when added into an Organization

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when adding user as a Customer and to an Organization, the user is not automatically added to the Service Desk Customers role. When adding the user outside of an Organization, they are automatically added to the Service Desk Customers role.

       

      Suggested Solution

      When adding a Customer, whether to an Organization or not, automatically add them to the Service Desk Customers role.

      Workaround

      Add the user as a Customer (without specifying an Organization) and then move them to the Organization afterwards.
