Problem Definition
If an agent adds a customer directly to an Organization instead of adding them first as a Customer to the Project without them being part of an organization, they will be granted access to the Portal however they will not be listed in the Service Desk Customers project role.
Suggested Solution
List Organization members as part of the Service Desk Customers role.
Why this is important
Adding users as an Organization member but then configuring things to depend on being a member of the Service Desk Customers role will not work as expected.
Workaround
Add the user as a customer (again), in the Customers page for the Project. They won't appear again, but they will be added to the Role as expected.
