Summary
Admin can't view customer (with Atlassian Account) profile if the customer has no product access. The link directed to "People" link page and it show "Something went wrong"

Steps to Reproduce
- Login as project agent or administrator
- Open Customer list page.
- Click the customer account (make sure it have Atlassian Account)
Expected Results
Admin able to view the customer profile.
Actual Results
The link directed to "People" link page and it show "Something went wrong"
