Problem Definition
When an Atlassian account Customer logs in to the Service Desk Portal, they'll receive a message indicating that "Your group uses single sign-on." where the User may not belong to any Group and/or does not have SSO:
Suggested Solution
Update the messaging to indicate that the User cannot log in at this location and must go to the Atlassian ID login in order to log in
Why this is important
As more Customer accounts are converted to or are created as Atlassian account Customers, the login screen should be updated and provide a more accurate message about where the User will be logging in from
Workaround
As an Atlassian account Customer, follow the prompts to login on the Atlassian ID page in order to access the Service Desk Portal
