      Hi Everyone,

      Thank you for your feedback on this feature.

      We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-5902 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watch the ticket there as the source of truth.

      Summary

      Avatars of Jira Service Desk customer accounts were stored in a 3rd-party service Gravatar.
      We cannot use this service any more due to GDPR compliance.

      As a result, there are no more custom avatars that were used by service desk customer accounts.

      Customer Impact

      When agents checks ticket in Jira UI, it is hard to distinguish customers since default avatar has a background colour and shows only initials.

      Notes

      We are open for suggestions to have avatars for Jira Service Desk customers back and gathering interest.
